Nick Hogan Is Denied

Nick Hogan has been denied his request to be transferred to home cinfinement until he turns 18. Yesterday the douche bag asked the judge if he could be put on house arrest until July which is when he turns 18. Once his birthday comes he would return to jail and serve the rest of his sentence in minimum security.

Meanwhile his family have filed a law suit against Florida sheriff's department, for the release of those tapes that have Nick, his parents Linda and Hulk Hogan bitching about how bad his cell is, how the victim was a negative person and this is gods way of punishing him.

Can we just throw them all in jail?
