Efron Doesn't Shower

Zac Efron is considered a heartthrob by millions of people around the world, but the guy who likes to take care of his looks, doesn't give as much attention to his hygiene.

A source tells Star "Zac isn't a big fan of showering, It's so gross, because Zac loves to work out and plays basketball all the time — and then goes days without showering. When he gets lazy, he likes to clean himself with baby wipes!"

Ashley Tisdale Is Not Dying From Aids

The reports that Ashley Tisdale is dying from AIDS are completely false. Last week reports went around that the actress is dying from the disease after catching it from contaminated equipment which was used during the surgery she had on her nose last year.

Speaking to Star magazine, the High School Musical star's mother has denied the rumors, she said "My daughter is healthy and just fine — but my husband and I just don't know why anyone would spread such a rumor, And what really upsets me is that anyone can write anything, and it ends up on the Internet. It's so irresponsible; so many people will just assume it's a fact."

They also say that Ashley and her family were left upset and reeling after the rumors spread.

HSM 3 Site Opens

Disney have opened the official High School Musical 3 site, as of now you can only subscribe to a newsletter to receive move information on the movie.

The movie which returns with all the original cast is about senior year of high school, Zac Efron's character and Vanessa Hudgen's character are faced with the prospect of having go separate ways after they graduate. The movie is currently shooting in Salt Lake City, Utah and is set for release October 24th. Do you plan to see the HSM movie?

Zac Efron : HSM Can't Go Wrong

High School Musical heartthrob Zac Efron spoke to People about the upcoming HSM movie while at the 2008 MTV Movie Awards last night (June 1st).

The actor who won Best Breakthrough Male, when asked about the movie on the big screen he said, "It felt like the first two movies all over again. We just kind of can't go wrong with Kenny Ortega as our director and leader and our great cast and crew. We've got no squabbles to get through. Everything's been stepped up a few notches, all the dances, and I think the songs are pretty catchy this time around. And it's our senior year, so we've got graduation and prom to look forward to. All fun things to have in a movie."

High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale was photographed in Hollywood on Wednesday night (May 28th). The actress has been enjoying a break from shooting the third installment of the movie in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Ashley is expected to return soon so she can wrap up filming on the movie which is due for release in October.

Zac Is Girly...

But remember he isn't gay. Or so they would like you to believe. Zac Efron has said he relates to women more than he does to men. The non gay actor says "There have been things in my life that my mum could always do which my dad couldn't even come close to, such as talking to me in a very personal way. You can be 'real' with guys, but not really emotional. Girls are good at just being there for you."

He then adds that he finds it easy to be emotional especially while watching movies, "When I'm watching a movie, I'll sometimes shed a tear - especially if it's 'Moulin Rouge'." Cause you know, thats how straight men do it, they love to cry over Moulin Rouge don't they?

High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale was photographed leaving a gym in Universal Studio today (May 26th). Ashley had a family trip to Santa Barbara over the Memorial Weekend.

The actress/singer is taking a break from filming the third installment of HSM. Ashley's new film Picture This will premiere on the ABC Family channel Sunday,July 13th. The movie is about Mandy Gilber, an unpopular girl in high school who gets a date with Drew the hottest guy in school. But she has to overcome her overprotective father and Drew's ex-girlfriend Lisa.

One of my all time favorite Buffy The Vampire Slayer stars, Michelle Trachtenberg talks into her cellphone while pumping gas into her Land Rover in Hollywood yesterday.

The cast of High School Music 3 were on Good Morning American today and they all seem to enjoying shooting the third movie in Salt Lake City, Utah. Some quotes:

"I came into rehearsals a few weeks late -- bad idea. It was tough catching up with everybody. Corbin, who's just the most incredible natural dancer I've ever seen. I mean, Vanessa's tough to keep up with, man," Efron said.

"Well, actually, the shoes are comfortable," Tisdale said. "We had ballroom shoes on and everyone was wearing heels and everybody was like, 'Argh, my feet hurt,' and I'm like, 'Mine are great!'"

"We all pump ourselves up so much. Like, before the beginning of a take, you'll see us all screaming, 'Whooo! Hooo! Yeah!' Like screaming! And we just get so pumped," Hudgens said.

"But to come back to Utah and be with my friends, it's just a dream come true. I called my mom and dad on the first day and was, like, 'I feel like I'm on vacation.' ... We really are friends and it's pretty fun," Efron said.

That other girl Ashley Tisdale from High School Musical has been talking to BOP! about how she feels ugly and insecure about her body during summer times because of the beach.

'I'm not that used to being in bikini especially with people taking pictures. That's just weird for me. I think everyone has those days where you don't feel good and you don't look good. I look up to other celebrities and think, 'OMG, you are so beautiful and I wish I looked like that.' 'Everybody's normal. Nobody's perfect. You might not think you look that great, but other people will think you're beautiful. So, just know that and keep it in the back of your mind.'

So if she has this train of thought then why did she get a nose job? On a happier note - she has nothing to worry about, her beach body looks amazing.

High School Musical 3 Starts Filming Today

The HSM team held a press conference on Friday to talk about the third "High School Musical" movie which begins shooting today

The third installment finds basketball star Troy and pals Gabriella, Sharpay, Ryan, Chad and Taylor facing graduation and choices about their future.

Efron and co-stars Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman weren't dishing any secrets Friday, the last day of rehearsals

Cast members claim they're not feeling pressure to top the success of the two previous films.

The movie opens in theaters Oct 24th.
