It's that time of year when Forbes release their annual Power List, can you guess who is number one? Yep you got it, Oprah Winfrey is the most powerful celebrity in the world, for the second year in a row.

The big O made a cool $275 million last year. Other people on the list include Jennfier Aniston at 17, Lauren Conrad at 97, Miley Cyrus at 35, Zac Efron at 92 and Jonas Brothers at 89.

It wasn't a good year for Jessica Simpson, Jessica Alba and Scarlett Johansson as they were all kicked of the list this year.

Miley Cyrus Cancels Gig

Miley Cyrus has left fans annoyed, the singer/actress was scheduled to perform to a crowd of 15,000 people in Fayetteville,Arkansas today (June 6th). The reason was for "scheduling conflicts"

Miley is currently in Tennessee to shoot The Hannah Montana Movie. Miley recently said she misses her friends in LA while away, "Back in LA, I love that I live so close to friends like Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens. I've made so many close buds at Disney. I miss them. But, thankfully my fans I are always there for me. They help give me strength to carry on."

Miley Cyrus Future Designer?

Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus was spotted stopping by The Perfect Parrot in Hollywood over we the weekend. The young star was picking up a new bird and cage.

Miley didn't seem to mind the photographers much as she threw them her peace sign. In other Miley news, she apparently wants to start her own fashion line. It would look similar to her favorite designer, Marc Jacobs.

“I would love to have my own clothing line because my style is different from a lot of people,” she said. Miley wants to have a relax styled clothing line. “I like starting trends, but I also like to be comfortable,” she said. “I like to be casual but cute and stylish at the same time.”

Miley Almost Quit

Hannah Montana star Anna Maria Perez De Tagle (what a mouthful) has said her co-star Miley Cyrus almost quit over the Vanity Fair pictures.

Anna who plays Ashley on the Disney show, says during phone calls with Miley she has had to boost the stars spirits.
"Sometimes I'll talk to her on the phone and she'll be like, 'It's really hard' or 'I'm really tired. I can't do this.' I'll always say, 'You do want to do this. You love your job.' It (the VF photos) really hurt her. She didn't know that people would look at it like that."

So it's been a while since some Miley Cyrus photos have come out. I was wondering when the next batch would be released. Today is that day, OceanUP released these photos.

Miley allegedly emailed these photographs to her ex boyfriend Nick Jonas (also 15 years old). Can they even be called boyfriend and girlfriend, isn't it just friends who like to swap saliva and the occasional crotch play?

Miley Cyrus just cannot catch a break, Disney is being sued from a photo agency called Glamour Shots. The Oklahoma company are claiming that the Hannah Montana Glamour Shots Candy that Disney are selling is misleading buyers and implies that the photo agency produce the candy.

Disney have declined to comment on the lawsuit.

Another Mess For Miley

Lustra a band from Los Angeles have claimed that Rockstar, a song from Miley Cyrus, is a copy of their song Scotty Doesn't Know which appeared on the 2004 movie Eurotrip's soundtrack.

Fans alerted the band of the song and they have determined it is basically the same song, only different lyrics. Miley's rep issued the following "She doesn't write the songs - she sings them. We have referred this to Disney".

According to the NY Post the band looking into different options. Which translates to how much money they can get.

Disney Wont Be Happy

Is it the Vanity Fair pictures fault that ratings are down? No. Could it be that people are just sick of Miley Cyrus? Probably because ratings are down for the Hannah Montana show.

Sundays new episode were down 14% from the last new episode, which aired 2 months previous. Compared to the first original show of the year, which aired in January, viewership for Sunday's show was down 26%.

So her fans nor Miley can blame Vanity Fair, people are just tired of the act that is Hanna Montana and Miley Cyrus.

Disney will not be pleased with these results, I am sure we will have a new show soon and Miley will be given the boot.

Justin Timberlake has been defending Miley Cyrus to MTV :

"Of course they're going to pick [on] a wholesome, American, young female [for] the first sign of anything," Timberlake said.

"Unfortunately, there's a picture of her that's published with her in just a blanket. ... And that's the photo, that's the catalyst. But that's also the age we live in. People want to take a photo, and that's who you are for a year's time. We've all become victims of that."

Miley Makes Appearance At Disney World

Miley Cyrus has dropped out of a Disney red carpet event scheduled for tonight.The Hannah Montana star was to make her first public appearance since her Vanity Fair photo scandal at a media party thrown by the network at Walt Disney World.

The 15-year-old was at the resort signing autographs and posing for photographs yesterday. She will also perform at tomorrow's televised concert to mark the end of the week-long charity event.

Well this comes as no surprise does it? I hope parents bring tomatoes, eggs and all sorts of concrete to throw at her while she is performing.

This act of hiding Miley won't last long, within a month she will be everywhere again.

Is the big Disney heads about to give Miley the push because of the Vanity Fair scandal?

According to NBC15 they want to get rid of Miley and replace her with 15-year-old Selena Gomez who was also on Hannah Montana.

I find this hard to believe, Disney don't give a fuck about kids ... they care about money. Look at Vanessa Hudgens - they forgave her quickly. They will forgive Miley as well, use her for money then dump her aside like all their other past pupils.
