Madonna Hired Divorce Lawyer?

Holy Moly is reporting that Madonna has visited and hired a divorce lawyer in the UK so she can divorce husband Guy Ritchie . Madge went to visit Nicholas Mostyn QC 10 days ago, Nicholas is the same lawyer who Paul McCartney hired to deal with Heather Mills.

The reason fro the split? The couple have grown apart, while she is off doing her music and he is off making movies. They also claim that Madonna and Guy did NOT have a pre-nup .. which would mean that Guy could get half of Madonna's earnings.

We did believe it all, until the pre-nup bit because Madonna is not stupid, she loves money and she will protect it with her life. Madonna probably wrote the pre-nup with her own blood.

Update: Madonna's rep denied these reports and said “completely untrue”.

Shania Twain has written to her fans on her official site. Writing about her personal life and her split with husband Robert "Mutt" Lange, Shania didn't mention Marie-Anne Thiébaud. It is reported that Lange and Thiébaud had an affair. The singer says :

As I am sure you have seen or heard; I am going through a rough time personally in my life. I wanted you all to know that I could not be getting through this without you. After months of cheating rumors, the on again and off again relationship that is Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff are over. Smirnoff's rep issued this to People, “Karina has parted ways with her two year relationship with Mario Lopez, the relationship wasn’t heading in the right direction.”

Lopez also released a statement through his rep "Karina and I have the utmost respect for each other. She is a phenomenal and talented woman. I support her always and feel blessed to have her in my life.”

Owen Isn't Taking Split Well

OK! is reporting that Owen Wilson is taking his split from Kate Hudson badly and seeing Kate happy with Lance Armstrong isn't doing him any good.

They say the actor has been spotted out in Philadelphia drinking, "Owen looked pretty upset," an eyewitness tells OK!. "He was drinking and sulking until last call."

This happened the last time the couple split up. Owen took it hard, started drinking and then tried to kill himself. They say people, including his brother Luke Wilson are supporting the actor.

InTouch is reporting that George Clooney has dumped cocktail waitress Sarah Larson. The pair have been dating for over a year now.

One of Larson's friend has said that Clooney moved out of his Los Angeles home while the model/waitress removed her stuff. An "insider" was also talking to the magazine:

"George is relieved to be single again," an insider tells the mag. "He thinks Sarah is sweet and that is why it was so hard to break up with her. The truth is they had little in common and he just doesn't want to be tied down," explains the insider.

Sara Larson should be slapped in the face, the girl could have made bank by getting pregnant and marrying him, but now she has nothing ... well she will have all her interviews, modeling gigs, some interviewing jobs and then go on a reality show.

Did Jessica Cheat?

I really don't believe this but, The National Enquirer is reporting that Jessica Simpson can't keep her legs closed. They say she cheated on Tony Romo, all the while telling people she wants to marry him.

“She’s become a completely different girl since she split with Nick….Right now Jessica doesn’t want to be tied down to just one man,” a friend of the buxom bombshell reported.

According to the report, Jessica had a fling with Zach Braff after the two met at a Hollywood party celebrating Diddy’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame: “They spent that night together and several others,” says a Jess spy. “Then she turned to Jared for several more romantic trysts.” At one point she was juggling all three guys, The Enquirer says.

Anyway, Jude Law kissing Kimberley Stewart, is the reason that they decided on the split. Daily Star has these details:

Denise Richards has a show to promote, so what better way to do that than dish dirt on ex Charlie Sheen.

On Wednesday, (May 21) Denise said Charlie faked an email, but she didn't stop there. Speaking to Page Six, Denise said she sent Charlie a text last week telling him that one of their kids was sick and there is a family day at the kids school. "His response was, 'I hope you and your worthless retarded father get cancer and join your stupid mom. Rot in hell you [bleeping] whore.' My mom died of cancer. This is what I deal with on a weekly basis."

Denise then brought up the email's AGAIN but this time saying "I don't want Charlie's prostitute-tranny-infested sperm. I have two beautiful kids. We'll leave it at that. I am so over him. He's the one who can't move on. He's disgusting and he's hit an all-time low."

Prostitute-tranny infested sperm is possible the most original/funniest thing I have ever read. She is my hero.

It's not over though, Charlie's rep issued this statement. "Denise seems to be denying the existence of [the] e-mail. This goes beyond a he-said-she-said. We have an offer from a [live] TV show. They will bring a computer expert to diagnose the e-mail and to verify it was sent by her e-mail address and to verify it was neither altered nor edited. Computer DNA - it is conclusive."

This is the woman that allegedly split up Shania Twain's marriage to music producer Robert "Mutt" Lange. The pair were married for 14 years.

The woman, Marie-Anne Thiébaud was a secretary and house manager at the couples home in Switzerland.

"Mutt and Marie-Anne left their spouses for each other and are still in a relationship," says one source, adding that the Swiss employee was a fixture in the household Twain, 42, and Lange, 59, shared with their son, 6-year-old Eja D’Angelo. Yet Another Divorce

Dylan McDermott has filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years, Shiva Rose. I love that name. Dylan is looking for joint custody of their daughters, Collette (12) Charlotte (2) like every Hollywood couple they cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

"According to the papers. McDermott, who played an attorney on TV, is acting as his own lawyer in the divorce, according to the papers." Thats taking your craft way too seriously.

Papa Joe Simpson must really like Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo being together because US are reporting that he has called up Romo and begged him to show up and support the Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz wedding.

Update: Jessica and Tony were spotted out together in Los Angeles, they had lunch and were seen driving off laughing and holding hands. As for the break up? Jessica's rep had this to say: “Not true, not true. I spoke to Jess yesterday and the day before. They are still together.”

I can't keep up with all this are they or aren't they. I suppose we will have to wait and see.

What is up with Hollywood couples splitting? Liv Tyler's rep issued this statement to People:

"Liv Tyler and Royston Langdon have confirmed their separation. They remain good friends and devoted parents to their son Milo and are requesting that their family's privacy be respected at this time."
