Another Mess For Miley

Lustra a band from Los Angeles have claimed that Rockstar, a song from Miley Cyrus, is a copy of their song Scotty Doesn't Know which appeared on the 2004 movie Eurotrip's soundtrack.

Fans alerted the band of the song and they have determined it is basically the same song, only different lyrics. Miley's rep issued the following "She doesn't write the songs - she sings them. We have referred this to Disney".

According to the NY Post the band looking into different options. Which translates to how much money they can get.

Kitson vs Posh

Victoria Beckham was in Harrods department store in London today to promote her dVb collection. Victoria was saying she is very proud of it blah blah blah. The real juice is that she won't promote the line in the L.A.

Kitson owner Frase Ross is not one bit pleased with Vicky B “It’s a huge slap in the face,”“Her people told us that we won’t be getting an in-store appearance because Victoria was angry about all the negative press she got here and things I said. So instead of trying to fix it, she’s just snubbing us at a time when the U.S. economy really needs a boost.” Says Ross. Fox News

Where Was Speidi?

The Hills had it's season three finale tonight on MTV but at the after party guess who was a no show? Yep Heidi and Spencer didn't show up to the Beverly Hills private mansion party. “It’s not weird to me,” replied Lauren when asked about the absence of Speidi, “I have no control over the guest list."

Spencer's sister was at the party though. Heidi's rep gave a short and simple reply "not invited."

The Hills season 4 is set to air in August.

Gossip Fight

Uh oh trouble is cooking up on the set of Gossip Girl, or so the NY Daily news is reporting. You would expect its the girls who are fighting but its the boys. All three of the men are fighting for screen time.

"The problem? Audiences have gone gaga for Chace. The girls and the gays alike have brought the buzz his way, thanks to smoldering good looks and boyish charm. "Penn was supposed to be the show's break-out star and now it is obviously Chace, and Penn doesn't like it," said one insider."

They then go on to talk about the ball that was on Monday, everybody including the likes of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were all over Chace, even George Clooney invited him to his after party. Poor Penn Badgley got no attention.

What does Michael Lohan think of his ex wife, Dina Lohan being named mother of the year?

Michael fumed, "Are you kidding! Top celebrity mom? Look at her off-screen antics, her lack of morals and how she conducts herself. I guess they forgot to mention how this top super-mom leaves her kids alone at night and even parties in their presence. Just wait until we go back to court.

"She comes stumbling out of Butter at 3:15 a.m. with bloodshot eyes and a red runny nose, yelling 'Oh, [bleep],' when she saw the paparazzi," Michael raged to Page Six.

He then went on to complain that she missed their weekly family therapy sessions to go pick up the word, well of course this is Dina after all. She needs all the attention she can get so of course she has replied to him

"He's a loose cannon," she declared. "We speak to a therapist once a week and I'm not required to be there. My kids want me there, so I go. Obviously with our [TV] show and the event, [daughter] Ali and I reschedule.

"I've allowed him visitation once a week, so I don't understand why he's doing this. He's jealous that I got the award. He even called the organizers and tried to talk them out of giving it to me."

I don't think he is jealous Dina, I think he, like everybody else is outraged that you got the fucking award. Interestingly enough her tv show airs on E! at the end of this month, so expect to see and hear more of the mother of the year.

The fakery of the hills has been renewed for a 4th season by MTV. US Weekly has this whole thing on it.
