Jennifer Garner was photographed checking out a new home in Beverly Hills on Tuesday (June 10th). The Alias actress must have liked the house as she came out all smiles with the man accompanying her.

Career wise, Jennifer is currently filming the new Ricky Gervais movie This Side Of The Truth. The movie is about an alternate universe in which nobody has ever told a lie. The movie is a comedy and stars Gervais, Garner, Rob Lowe, Jonah Hill and Tina Fey. It is set for release in 2009.
