No Jail

CSI Actor Gary Dourdan has pleaded guilty for his felony charges. He had two charges against him, the first was for possessing heroin, this was dropped. The second charge was for possession of coke and ecstasy.

Dourdan's mega-lawyers, Shawn Chapman Holley, tells TMZ he will enter a treatment program -- but it isn't rehab -- that consists of 30 hours of classes which usually meet once a week. He needs to enroll in the classes by June 11 and the charges will be dismissed when he completes the program.

So that is that another celebrity getting off light. It must be nice to know you can do anything and not have to face jail, just a nice vacation to some facility. Who wants to take a bet on how long until he is in trouble with the law again?
