People are reporting that Victoria Beckham is suing Rock & Republic for $100 million dollars, because HER jeans didn't sell.

We’ve already reported that sales of Victoria Beckham's dVb denimwear have been less than stellar, and now the pop star is suing the company that produces her $300 jeans for $100 million. In a claim filed against Rock & Republic, Posh contends she is owed for a “loss of earnings,” Britain’s The Mail newspaper reports. And while in the past retailers of the brand have voice their concerns to PEOPLE that Posh hasn’t done enough to promote the collection, her court action suggests that Beckham herself may feel the jeans line has actually had more commercial success than most people believe.
