Kanye West and his record label are being sued. Kathleen Firrantello claims that in the song Gone, Kanye used a sample of her fathers (Joe Farrell) song Upon This Rock.She is also suing Method Man, Redman and Common for using samples from the same song, she is seeking $1 million dollars in damages and requesting the songs be banned.
