Here are some photos of Elisha Cuthbert and her boyfriend Dion Phaneuf (Calgary Flames hockey player) having some fun in Hawaii yesterday. Elisha has some projects coming up including an animated movie called Cat Tale and she is set to be in the 24 movie as Jack's daughter Kim Bauer.
