Martin Marrero, carpenter was doing some renovations in the models apartment when he fell down the stairs that had no hand rails. Okay just a thought, but when you walk on some stairs that haven't got a hand rail you walk carefully and since his is profession is a carpenter he should know that. Also that isn't the safest job, but he can't blame her because of his mistake.
