Cameron Still Looks Beautiful

No, Cameron Diaz has not shaved her head, she is wearing a fitted cap. Here is Cameron on the Santa Monica Pier on set for her new movie My Sisters Keeper.

In the movie Cameron's daughter (Sofia Vassilieva) gets leukemia, so to support her daughter, Cameron's character shaves her head. Abigail Breslin plays Vassilieva's sister. Dakota and Elle Fanning were originally set to play the sisters, but when Dakota realized she would have to shave her head she backed out ... not a real actress.

Alec Baldwin also stars in the movie, which is scheduled for release next year.
