Penn Badgley and Leighton Meester appeared on TRL today, I'm presuming to promote Gossip Girl. I have said it before and I will say it again - Leighton Meester is hot. Penn Badgley is looking very tanned, he was recently on vacation with Gossip Girl co-star/girlfriend Blake Lively.
